At STARS ON ICE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our team is dedicated to getting you back on the rink as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your unworn items, including all original tags and protective guards, into the original shipping box or a similar durable container.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
